Anxious with a Chance of Treasure: 6/20/17

As you read and listen to this, I'm on my way to California! I love to travel, but it makes me nuts. It can trigger the worst kind of projection ... the kind where, in my imagination, everything goes wrong. In this audio, I share my practice of leaving treasure (physical and energetic) for myself to find when I'm feeling anxious to smooth the road ahead.
