I hear so often from people who are feeling trapped. They're in relationships, jobs, holding patterns of pain, from which they feel they cannot escape. 

In this audio, I'll talk a bit about our essential freedom. Freedom no matter what the circumstances are, no matter how bleak things may look. 

When we look at those traps with the awareness of our freedom, we can begin to change the circumstances and end the cycles that are creating so much pain.

My prayer for you is that you connect with the truth of your freedom. From a place of Divine center, look closely at that prison door. It was never locked, and you may step out of the cell at any time.
