I consider myself the Queen of making New Year's resolutions that last a day. Or less.
In this Out of the Fog Minute, I share the idea that a natural, positive flow begins when we take mindful action in pursuit of our dreams. When we follow through ... instead of just taking one action (often with great projection and pressure about the outcome) and then letting the whole thing drop ... we benefit from the natural flow of help and energy from Spirit that is generated by our action.
You'll also hear the coupon code for 20% off a private session with me, be invited to consider whether you're the student for the one remaining seat in the Online Psychic Development Intensive that begins Monday, and hear about the first online gallery reading of 2018 (happening Saturday!).
My prayer for you this week is that if you find yourself pushing too hard at a goal, you gently step out of the way to allow the natural follow-through that's set in motion every time we act. It takes much more effort to stop progress, to hinder flow, than it does to allow it to happen.
With love,
Karen

Happy New Year--Karen, I have been having a difficult time going with the flow in this New Year--2018. I usually have a hard time with the month of January. There are many anniversary's of members of my family passing. My brother--Rick is one of the most difficult anniversary's to deal with. On January 8, 2018-- it will be 26 years since my brother--Rick left this Earth. I relive that day over and over again. I'm pretty sure that I do this is because the way in which he passed was terrifying and horrible. I think it's perfectly normal to still be grieving the loss of Rick. My question is, how do I stop myself from reliving this day every year? I believe that this leads to me not being able to go with the flow. Thanks for this particular podcast.
