Thanks for this important discussion. I have been triggered by the issues going on in the United States. I am trying to limit hearing/seeing this issue that's taking place right now. I have been anxious and jittery the last few days. I thought I was feeling that way because of the carpet beetle situation in my life. Now, I am starting to understand why I''m feeling what I am, and I am going to follow your suggestion, and to breathe when I start feeling overwhelmed. Breathe, Breathe.
