Stuck! 4/3/19

Wow, did I get stuck. My desk is littered with file folders, post-it notes, to-do lists, great ideas (and some probably not-so-great ideas) to be explored … and I didn’t know what to do first, so I didn’t do anything.

 

A quote from spiritual teacher Mark Nepo helped snap me out of it.

 

“Do one thing at a time and do it entirely, and it will lead you to the next moment of love.”

 

When you’re feeling stuck, when it all feels like a gigantic chore, practice feeling into any place where you can be absolutely present. I suggest starting with being present in the breath. And that will lead you to the next moment of love, and slowly … breath by breath … lead you through the place of being stuck.
