The Longest Night: 12/21/13

As the nights lengthen and winter descends, this can seem like the coldest and darkest time on many levels. For some the holidays which are supposed to bring joy can trigger feelings of loneliness or sadness. For others the sense of waiting for something to happen ... whether it's for the new year to begin or for new opportunities to arise ... can lead to feelings of frustration or stuckness.

My wish for you this holiday season is that you become aware of the Light that is within you, and that you see it reflected in others. I found a wonderful poem/prayer/blessings written by Jan L.
